Refund and Returns Policy

All services offered through this platform are delivered exclusively in digital and virtual format. These include individual counseling sessions, private financial consultations, personal coaching programs, and one-on-one guidance related to debt management, relationship finances, and personal financial behavior. Since no physical goods are exchanged and all services are rendered through scheduled digital interaction, traditional product returns do not apply.

Each consultation is a personalized service based on the information voluntarily provided by the client. The value of the service lies in the time reserved, the preparation conducted prior to the session, and the professional engagement during the consultation itself. Once a consultation session has been scheduled and access has been provided, the service is considered reserved and prepared for delivery.

Refund consideration is limited strictly to situations involving verified technical failure that directly prevents the consultation from taking place. These may include confirmed platform outages, verified payment processing errors, or documented system-level failures that make the session impossible to conduct. In such cases, the client is encouraged to submit a detailed support request including transaction confirmation and a description of the issue. Each request is reviewed individually based on available technical records.

Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction based on personal expectations, emotional reactions, relationship outcomes, financial decisions taken after a session, or subjective evaluation of the consultation experience. Individual counseling inherently involves personal responsibility, emotional readiness, communication openness, and real-world application. Outcomes depend on the client’s own actions, decisions, and long-term consistency beyond the session itself.

No refunds are issued for missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, changes in personal availability, changes of mind, emotional hesitation, relationship dynamics, or lack of preparedness for the consultation. Since time and professional capacity are reserved exclusively for each client, unused sessions resulting from personal absence are considered forfeited.

Consultation services are not medical, legal, or investment guarantees. They are educational, strategic, and behavioral in nature. The role of the consultation is to provide structured guidance, clarity, emotional regulation tools, and practical frameworks for decision-making. The responsibility for applying these insights remains entirely with the client.

In cases of duplicate charges caused by confirmed technical errors, corrective financial adjustments may be reviewed after verification. This requires submission of transaction documentation and confirmation of the processing issue. Each case is handled individually with fairness and technical accuracy.

Digital materials that may accompany consultation sessions, including summaries, frameworks, worksheets, or recordings (where applicable), are considered delivered once access is provided. These materials are non-returnable due to their digital nature and immediate accessibility.

All communication regarding payment concerns, access issues, or transaction verification must be initiated through official support channels. Requests submitted through informal communication channels may not be processed or officially reviewed. Providing accurate transaction details ensures efficient handling of each case.

This policy is designed to protect both the integrity of personalized digital consultation services and the fairness of the professional time reserved for each client. It ensures that virtual counseling remains sustainable, confidential, and respectful of both client commitment and professional preparation.

This Refund and Returns Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in service delivery systems, digital infrastructure, or applicable regulatory standards. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised version of this policy.
